These Terms & Conditions apply to the Renty car rental marketplace for Iceland . "Renty", "we", "us", and "the Site" mean the platform operator. "You" means the user. Using the Site means you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, stop using the Site.
Access to the website, applications, or related features is governed by the Terms currently posted here. We may publish updates on this page. After an update, review the new text before further use. Rights that arose earlier remain unaffected unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Renty provides a marketplace interface so users can find and request vehicles from the car rental provider shown in the booking flow. That provider is responsible for the vehicle, rental service, availability, and provider terms. Prices and fees may be supplied by the provider. Subject to applicable law, questions about the rental itself should generally be raised with the provider. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may use and register on the Site only if you can form a binding contract. Keep login details confidential and keep your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us if you believe someone used it without permission.

We may suspend or limit access where reasonably needed for breach, security, or legal reasons, subject to applicable law. You may ask us to delete your account.
Texts, images, software, and marks on the Site may belong to Renty, rental providers, or other licensors. You may view them for personal, non commercial use. Commercial reuse needs permission. Vehicle brand names appear for identification and remain owned by their owners.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". Listings may contain errors and may omit some offers. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every market price is shown. To the extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties are disclaimed. Mandatory rights remain in place.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Renty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from Site use, inability to use the Site, or acts of a car rental provider. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded and may apply only in part in some places.
The Site may link to websites we do not operate. Those links are for convenience. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them.
You may stop using the Site at any time. We may restrict access for breach, risk, or legal need, subject to applicable law. Clauses that by nature should survive, such as intellectual property and liability limits, continue as applicable.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. If a clause is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Delay in enforcement is not a waiver. These Terms and the documents they incorporate form the agreement for Site use, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by contract. Nothing here creates a partnership or agency between you and Renty.
